Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily duties will involve:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique preferences and requirements of each client.
• Documenting all clinical encounters and maintaining accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate comprehensive care and shared insights into patient treatment progress.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources based on their needs.
• Staying current with research developments in the field of mental health to integrate new methodologies into practice, ultimately enhancing the quality of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, guiding them toward effective coping strategies and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proven knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills essential for assessing and addressing complex patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
