Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be directly responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the specific mental health needs of your clients and developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, comprising of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client preferences.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records within a HIPAA-compliant framework, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to provide integrated and cohesive care for patients.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing treatment quality and ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
• Providing education to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, promoting informed decision-making throughout the treatment process.
• Staying abreast of current research and advancements in mental health to continually refine and enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Your compassionate approach will ensure that clients feel supported and understood, while your commitment to evidence-based practices will assist them in achieving their treatment goals effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting focusing on the provision of psychotherapy services is required.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building therapeutic relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client cases.
• Capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing effectively to multidisciplinary objectives.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
