Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health strengths and challenges, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique circumstances of each student.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Engage in regular consultations and case reviews with fellow team members, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure cohesive and integrated care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources that aid their journey towards recovery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, new theories, and methodologies that enhance treatment and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting academic rigor and commitment to the field.

Compensation and Benefits
