Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to enhance our Special Education Program in Rosemount, Minnesota. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with students experiencing a variety of mental health challenges within a supportive educational framework. As an integral member of our Mental Health Team, you will contribute significantly to the emotional well-being of students and their families.

Our Special Education Program focuses on addressing the unique challenges faced by children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other trauma-related experiences. Our multidisciplinary approach fosters collaboration among educators, therapists, and mental health professionals to deliver holistic care and promote students’ personal and academic growth.
This role is structured to provide flexibility and support, as it allows for remote work while focusing on the school environment. You will join a cohesive team operating from a shared passion for improving mental health outcomes. The work schedule typically follows Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call responsibilities depending on needs that arise within the school community.
The primary focus of your work will be on students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will involve not only clinical intervention but also education and advocacy for these students and their families, contributing to an overall supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
