Mice Healthcare, LLC is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This position entails providing essential virtual therapy services to students in a school setting. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for delivering support and intervention to help improve the emotional and psychological well-being of our youth. You will be required to manage a caseload of at least 25 clients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and effective care.

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your own home while still making meaningful connections with clients. You will engage with students and their families through virtual platforms, ensuring that therapy services are accessible regardless of geographical limitations. Administrative tasks related to client management, including billing, insurance verification, and compliance audits, will be handled by our dedicated support staff, further enabling you to focus solely on providing exceptional clinical care.
In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults aged 18 and older, addressing various mental health issues that they face. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to identity and self-esteem. Your experience with diverse and minority populations will enrich the therapeutic experience and help foster an inclusive environment where all clients feel understood and supported.
