Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address various mental health concerns.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in distress and facilitate referrals to relevant services, advocating for client needs to ensure access to appropriate resources.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation that comply with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in peer supervision sessions and staff meetings, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on serving diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families dealing with various emotional and psychological challenges. Our patient population ranges from those facing anxiety and depression to families navigating significant life transitions. You will be instrumental in creating individualized care plans that respect and incorporate the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in Colorado.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing mental health counseling, with a preference for outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the ability to engage clients using effective interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits
