Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in trauma-informed care.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique experiences and needs of each student.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient confidentiality is upheld at all times.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and educators, ensuring a holistic approach to student care.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your skills and knowledge in the latest mental health treatment methodologies.
• Providing educational resources and support to students and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Managing a full caseload of students, monitoring treatment progress and adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of students facing a range of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral issues, and social-emotional difficulties. You will play a critical role in supporting not only the students but also their families, helping them navigate the mental health landscape and connect with supportive resources.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to complex clinical situations.
• Commitment to ethical practice, aligned with the standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health initiatives and practices.
• Experience collaborating with educators and school staff to address mental health and academic needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
