Work Environment

The position will be based in a remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Our operational hours range from Monday through Saturday, giving you the flexibility to schedule sessions based on your availability and the needs of your clients. We utilize a collaborative electronic health record (EHR) system designed to streamline documentation and enhance communication among team members to facilitate patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and crafting tailored intervention plans.
• Provide graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to foster meaningful progress in patients' lives.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams regarding patient assessments and care plans through regular documentation and collaborative meetings.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the complex interplay of physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of diverse patient populations, ensuring competent and empathetic care.
• Oversee case management for assigned patients, working in conjunction with community resources and health professionals to devise comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Maintain ethical standards and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and enhancing the efficiency of patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a broad spectrum of patients, including adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges. You will engage with clients seeking support through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By implementing targeted interventions and fostering a therapeutic relationship, you will significantly impact their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in mental health settings.

Preferred Experience

While minimum qualifications are set, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

• Extensive training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and trauma-informed care.
• Experience working in an outpatient or detox center environment.
• The ability to engage with clients effectively via telehealth methods, ensuring strong rapport and therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits
