Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing telehealth platforms to establish rapport and deliver care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain ongoing communication with a remote care team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers—to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all confidentiality protocols and ethical standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
• Record clinical notes and client progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring documentation is timely and thorough.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
