Journey to Healing Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team under the guidance of a Psychiatrist MD. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mental health care to our diverse clientele, all in a supportive remote work environment. This position carries a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to provide a clear understanding of each client's unique needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, allowing clients to gain insights and develop coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest standards of professional integrity.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals, integrating diverse perspectives and expertise to enhance patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering an environment of learning and excellence within the team.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatments, and community resources, helping them to navigate their challenges effectively.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices, using the latest research findings to inform treatment approaches and enhance client support.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience

We are seeking candidates who possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health settings. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapeutic applications is advantageous, as is prior work in community health environments. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
