Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Implement treatment strategies by utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes, taking an active role in the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate client care and share insights on treatment effectiveness.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the well-being of clients in distress.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely, adhering strictly to ethical and legal regulations.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clinic specializes in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. You will tailor your interventions to each client's unique circumstances, creating a tailored support path that fosters healing and promotes mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills that enhance client relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
• Training in specialized therapeutic techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
