Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Kings View Counseling Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to a varied clientele, employing different therapeutic modalities to address their needs.
• Maintaining meticulous records, documenting all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Scheduling ongoing appointments and managing an organized calendar to optimize the therapeutic experience for clients.
• Utilizing our billing service effectively, which manages insurance claims, client accounts, and eligibility checks, allowing you to focus more on client care.
• Working collaboratively with clinical colleagues to develop innovative approaches in treatment and share valuable insights that can enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves serving a diverse population, including individuals and couples of all ages facing various mental health challenges. You'll encounter clients with unique circumstances, allowing you to apply your expertise in a meaningful way. Your work will contribute to their personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, with a valid and current LCSW license to practice independently.
