Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Private Counseling, LLC, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Acting as a key liaison between clients, families, and outpatient healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
• Interfacing with insurance companies for pre-certification processes and managing utilization review to facilitate patient access to necessary services.
• Engaging in thorough discharge and aftercare planning to promote successful transitions from one level of care to another and enhancing the continuity of support.
• Providing therapeutic meal support as part of holistic care, modeling healthy relationships with food to clients, especially those facing eating disorders.
• Delivering safe, empathetic, and culturally affirming care tailored to each client's unique background and intersecting identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population, including older adults and clients navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.
