Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and challenges.
• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring services reflect clients' unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to facilitate client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans that monitor client progress and adapt goals as needed.
• Participate in crisis intervention through risk assessments and effective safety planning during critical situations.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources, providing case management support as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to increase mental health literacy and reduce stigma associated with seeking care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Health Access Medical Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges due to substance use, trauma, or other life stressors. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
