Inner Radiant Soul Behavioral Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. This full-time, remote role will focus on providing essential mental health support to students in a school setting, enabling them to thrive academically and emotionally. Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing flexibility while still fostering strong collaboration within our dedicated team. Working from home enables you to manage your time effectively while being fully engaged in providing services to students. You will use various telehealth tools to connect with clients and collaborate with educational staff who share our commitment to supporting students’ mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients in both virtual and, when appropriate, community settings to assess and treat symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, navigating students through the necessary steps to obtain more detailed evaluations or treatment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs while ensuring effective communication among clients, families, and service providers.
• Provide therapy and crisis intervention, utilizing individual, group, and family approaches to deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Monitor clients’ treatment plans, including admission and discharge criteria, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Actively participate in team meetings, case reviews, and committees to contribute to the overall improvement of agency services and support teamwork.
• Ensure the creation of a safe environment by identifying and reporting potentially unsafe situations.

Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you’ll need to demonstrate cultural competence in approaching treatment and interventions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical or school-based setting is preferred.
• Ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and families, demonstrating empathy, active listening skills, and adaptability.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a school setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and tools for delivering remote mental health services.
• Proven experience in crisis intervention strategies and multi-disciplinary teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
