Work Environment

This role is designed with flexibility in mind, as all services are provided remotely. As a member of our team, you will interact seamlessly with educators, administrative staff, and mental health professionals, collaborating to create an integrated support system for our students. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional and behavioral needs of students, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Deliver high-quality counseling and disease management services tailored to the unique requirements of each student, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with students, educators, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team, with an emphasis on behavioral modifications and coping strategies.
• Facilitate goal-setting sessions with students, both synchronously and asynchronously, to help them effectively manage chronic conditions and related mental health challenges.
• Engage in proactive outreach to students and their families to promote active participation in their care and ensure consistent support throughout their mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, progress, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds who require support in managing their mental health challenges while navigating the academic environment. You will work with individuals facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, and life adjustments, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, with a preference for school-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a proven record of effective implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to engage effectively with students, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a school setting, understanding the dynamics of the educational environment and the unique challenges students face.
• Familiarity with using telehealth technologies to provide mental health services.
• Knowledge of state and federal educational and mental health regulations and standards.

Compensation and Benefits
