Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage with patients through comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.
• Delivering individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Formulating, implementing, and regularly reviewing individualized treatment plans that focus on measurable objectives and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborating with our multidisciplined treatment team to create cohesive, client-centered care plans that leverage the strengths of various therapeutic approaches.
• Documenting patient interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Providing educational resources and strategies that empower patients to take ownership of their mental health and support positive behavioral changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Center for Emotional Health, you will work primarily with adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and the impact of chronic stressors. Your expertise and empathy will help guide patients toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved mental health outcomes, experienced from the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a prerequisite for this role.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits
