Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining a structured framework for client care. As part of our collaborative healthcare team, you will participate in regular virtual meetings and case consultations, ensuring the continuity of care for our clients. Our technology platform includes advanced telehealth systems and electronic health records, enabling seamless communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs, including pre-discharge evaluations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes, in compliance with best practices and departmental policies.
• Provide counseling services, employing therapeutic techniques to address a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. This includes crisis intervention and immediate support when clients face acute distress.
• Engage in active collaboration with the healthcare team, as well as family members or significant others, to develop effective discharge plans and facilitate ongoing resources.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to address trauma and behavioral disturbances, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a LICSW at Grove Harmony Healing Center, you will work primarily with children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties due to trauma or adverse life experiences. Your work will significantly impact their recovery and overall mental health, providing crucial support during vulnerable stages of their life. Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience as an independent clinician in the field of social work.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LICSW license within the state of Washington is essential.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, email communications, spreadsheet applications, and electronic health records management.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and a commitment to delivering virtual therapy sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and a demonstrated ability to provide therapeutic services to clients of all ages.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care methodologies and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Clinical competencies in behavioral health assessments and crisis management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering a yearly compensation of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
