We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Westchester Talk Therapy Clinic. This full-time remote position is integral to our mission of providing accessible mental healthcare to diverse communities, particularly focusing on patients in a hospice center setting. This role is predominantly focused on patients receiving hospice care, a vulnerable population facing end-of-life transitions. You will provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families, addressing complex issues such as grief, anxiety, and coping strategies. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a comfortable environment that promotes dignity and respect during difficult times.
