Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs, abilities, and behavioral issues through interviews and clinical observations.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities to treat mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, chronic pain, and social difficulties.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, providing immediate support to patients in distress and coordinating follow-up care.
• Assist in complex discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition for patients returning to the community.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering consultation to other practitioners to enhance client care and treatment continuity.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic health records in adherence to state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an LCSW, you will primarily support individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
