Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based measurement tools and clinical interviews for accurate diagnoses.

• Create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic goals with their personal aspirations within a client-centered framework.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address varying mental health issues.

• Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous electronic records of client progress, ensuring documentation meets ethical and legal standards while enabling continuity of care throughout the therapeutic process.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and active LCSW license in the state of California.
