Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based measurement tools and clinical interviews for accurate diagnoses.
Create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic goals with their personal aspirations within a client-centered framework.
Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address varying mental health issues.
Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
