Serenity Counseling Services is actively seeking dedicated licensed mental health therapists, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), to join our expanding network. This full-time position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the well-being of clients in a school-based setting.

While a minimum of two years of experience as a licensed mental health provider is required for this position, candidates with substantial experience in working with diverse populations or within school settings will be prioritized. We offer our therapists a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on full-time or part-time status, along with a unique sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard. Further, our therapists receive a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time practitioners and participate in a weekly direct deposit system for seamless payroll processing.
