Guided Behavioral Reflection Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. This role is integral to providing compassionate care and support for seniors and their families, particularly at a hospice center where emotional well-being is paramount. You will leverage your expertise to assess, plan, and deliver effective interventions that empower clients to manage their mental health challenges while ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

This full-time position is remote, allowing for flexibility while working primarily from your home office. However, you will occasionally collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and conduct assessments and visits through telehealth platforms. Your work schedule typically follows a Monday to Friday format from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of occasional evenings or weekends based on the specific needs of clients.
Your role focuses on assisting seniors and their families, navigating the emotional and practical challenges that arise during life transitions and in hospice settings. You will help facilitate their journey towards understanding and coping with anxiety, depression, and the demands of advanced age, contributing to their emotional well-being and quality of life.
Experience working in hospice care or support for clients facing end-of-life circumstances is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth services and electronic health record systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Guided Behavioral Reflection Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
