Key Responsibilities

• Directly engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental health challenges, providing therapy in individual, group, and family settings.
• Facilitate crisis interventions when required and maintain a caseload, ensuring that clients receive timely, relevant treatment services.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that consider the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Work alongside clients, family members, and external service providers to create integrated care plans that ensure seamless access to various recovery services.
• Monitor client progress and evaluate treatment efficacy, adjusting interventions as necessary to align with clinical goals and improve patient outcomes.
• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to drive continual service improvement initiatives.
• Compile comprehensive reports and submit necessary documentation to fulfill organizational and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Serve on committees focused on enhancing agency service delivery and quality improvement structures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working primarily with individuals who are experiencing severe emotional disturbances and major mental health crises. Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, particularly in mental health or substance use treatments.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to foster trusted relationships with clients and team members.
• The capability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
• An understanding of the ethical standards and professional conduct required within the field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with detoxification programs or substance use disorders is highly desired.
• Proficient in crisis management and conflict resolution techniques.
• Familiarity with integrated care practices and community health initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
