Key Responsibilities

• Lead psychoeducational therapy groups that empower students through skill-building activities focused on coping strategies and emotional regulation.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions, providing tailored interventions that address each student's unique circumstances.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health conditions and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Initiate discharge planning from the day of patient admission and conduct discharge sessions to confirm understanding of coping skills and transition resources.
• Facilitate effective communication with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care throughout the treatment process.
• Support patient transfers to higher levels of care as needed, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this role is primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
