Work Environment

This position allows you to work remotely, providing you the flexibility to engage with our clients across Pullman, Washington, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to inform your clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals and circumstances, integrating various therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for clients to share experiences and develop coping strategies.
• Work in concert with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client records, treatment progress, and theoretical frameworks to comply with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and integrate new knowledge into your therapeutic approach to continuously enhance client care.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted License as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment, with demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
