Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ presenting issues and establish clear treatment goals.
• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families using evidenced-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with clients, ensuring effectiveness in therapeutic interventions.
• Uphold a high standard of confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, staying current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a clinical setting, ideally in private practice or community health.
• Proficient clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Exceptional communication abilities, demonstrating empathy and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations, including different age groups and cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
