Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ presenting issues, social history, background, and individual treatment goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy, specifically tailoring practices for a school-aged population.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly evaluating progress to adapt interventions as needed.
• Foster therapeutic relationships characterized by trust and empathy, crucial for client engagement and successful outcomes.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and confidentiality regulations, ensuring a respectful and safe environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of students and their families, addressing various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and stress management related to academic pressures. You will also work collaboratively with educational staff to ensure a comprehensive support system for the students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience, ideally in a school or private practice setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and implementing interventions tailored to a varied clientele.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
