Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, difficulties, and treatment aspirations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through effective and evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
• Design, implement, and continually adapt personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Collaborate closely with clients to track treatment progress and modify approaches as needed, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and respectful handling of sensitive client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will include a diverse array of clients primarily within the detoxification environment. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for experience in both detox environments and private practice.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning, ensuring a solid foundation for effective client care.

Compensation and Benefits
