Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health status of students, using evidence-based screening tools to identify concerns.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused interventions tailored to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Administering therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) within the context of ongoing sessions, promoting active engagement and progress.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping practices are adhered to.
• Collaborating closely with a diverse interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to support holistic treatment approaches.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment quality and share interdisciplinary insights.
• Educating patients and their families on mental health issues, preventative strategies, and available community resources to foster empowerment and understanding.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health to continuously enrich clinical practice and effectiveness in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on supporting students facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will play a pivotal role in helping young individuals navigate their emotional and psychological needs, ultimately promoting healthier lives and academic success.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Keen understanding of school-based mental health programs and community resource networks.
• Background in trauma-informed care approaches, addressing the specific needs of diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
