This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance. You will engage with clients primarily through virtual platforms, ensuring access to essential mental health services regardless of location. You will primarily work with a diverse group of students ranging from elementary to high school levels, each facing a myriad of emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. This population often includes individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Your role will be essential in fostering resilience and promoting positive mental health within the school setting.
While not mandatory, prior experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents is highly desirable. Familiarity with educational systems and the unique challenges faced in school environments will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
