Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather insightful data about clients' mental health backgrounds, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and actionable interventions, adapting as necessary based on clients' progress and feedback.
• Collaborate frequently with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity for each client.
• Respond to client crises with effective intervention strategies, facilitating safety planning and risk management as required.
• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at promoting mental health awareness and coping skills.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment provided, adhering to ethical and legal standards within the mental health profession.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience within a mental health or outpatient setting.
• In-depth understanding of evidence-based therapeutic models and methodologies tailored to address a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits
