Key Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous client records in our secure electronic health record system to ensure accurate tracking of client progress and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostics, providing insightful recommendations for treatment adjustments based on clients' evolving circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies aimed at addressing specific behavioral health issues, with a focus on fostering sustainable progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in North Dakota.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
