Work Environment

This position allows you to work entirely from the comfort of your own space while remaining connected to our school-based programs. You’ll maintain flexible hours from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, which supports a healthy work-life balance. Collaborative tools and teletherapy platforms enable you to engage effectively with students, parents, and educational staff while upholding professional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and facilitate seamless care transitions.
• Monitor and adjust therapeutic approaches based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote mental wellness.
• Provide occasional crisis intervention and support during emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
• Educate families about available community resources and social services to enhance their support networks.
• Engage with teachers and school administrators to apply holistic approaches that integrate mental health support within the educational framework.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves students within the K-12 educational framework, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment disorders. You will work closely with a diverse population of children and adolescents, providing culturally competent care that respects their backgrounds and individual circumstances.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in North Dakota.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with a focus on youth and family interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and educational personnel.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
