Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify the unique strengths and needs of each student.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with educators and healthcare providers to synchronize efforts in promoting students' overall wellness and academic success.
• Advocate for students’ rights, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support services within their school and community.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health record systems.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to enhance the quality of care provided to students, while pursuing continuous education opportunities to further develop your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on students who may face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related difficulties. By building trusting relationships, you will empower these young individuals to navigate their unique challenges and foster their growth in a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and employing evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience
