Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients struggling with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments as necessary, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment strategies.
• Engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to their specific needs.
• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adapting care plans to ensure optimal outcomes and addressing any challenges that arise.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies, share insights, and collaboratively enhance service delivery.
• Promote a safe environment by identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions and adhering to required safety protocols.
• Assist in crisis intervention as needed, supporting clients during critical moments and ensuring appropriate resources are available.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner to comply with organizational and ethical standards.

The LCSW will primarily work with clients who have experienced significant trauma, chronic mental illnesses, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Pathway Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
