Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories alongside their mental health states.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, focusing on evidence-based interventions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, incorporating insights from various professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each client.
• Engage and educate clients' families to enhance their involvement in the recovery process, providing them with tools to support their loved ones effectively.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population consisting of adults facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their unique recovery journeys, helping them to recognize their strengths, understand their triggers, and develop coping strategies for a healthier future.

Qualifications

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on mental health practices.
• Specialized training or extensive experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• A thorough understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Demonstrated strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with an ability to engage and motivate clients towards recovery.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven track record of effective teamwork within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working within a substance abuse treatment facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital health technologies that enhance client interaction and care monitoring.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
