Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort while delivering essential services. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, with opportunities for both 4x10 and 5x8 shift schedules to accommodate your personal life. You will work within a collaborative, supportive team environment that fosters professional growth and innovation. Our remote framework leverages advanced digital tools to connect with clients effectively, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques catered to clients' specific needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gather crucial information regarding clients' social, emotional, and environmental circumstances.
• Develop and implement treatment plans designed to address identified challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral health crises.
• Maintain comprehensive client documentation in accordance with established protocols to ensure quality and compliance.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and skill-building workshops to enhance coping mechanisms and resilience among students.
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and community resources to coordinate services and support systems for clients.
• Evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and objectives.
• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely communication and follow-up with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team-based reviews to enhance service delivery and effectiveness.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned to ensure cohesive functioning of the team and support of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse array of students from various socio-economic backgrounds facing challenges such as mental health issues, family dynamics, and social pressures. Your role will involve providing support to individuals and families, enabling them to overcome obstacles and achieve improved emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and digital tools for client engagement and service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a clinical or community-based setting is preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based practices in treating mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Familiarity with school mental health programs and practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of community resources and services to effectively support clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
