Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, employing evidence-based practices.
• Conduct brief, comprehensive, and developmentally appropriate screenings, developing integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment is focused on the client’s presenting problems and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless access to mental health and supportive services, exchanging vital information between clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular assessments and updates, ensuring timely interventions and modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in on-call coverage during and after program hours to address urgent client needs and crisis situations effectively.
• Assist with crisis intervention, leveraging psychiatric resources and community-based services to stabilize clients in need.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active LCSW license in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of social work, with a strong understanding of community health challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities, essential for managing a caseload and ensuring quality client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
