Inner Spectrum Institute is seeking a compassionate and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a vital member of our School Mental Health Team. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the mental well-being of students within a supportive educational environment. As an LCSW, you will assess, cultivate, and implement individualized mental health strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our student population in Long Beach, California.

This role is conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a focus on student engagement. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team encompassing therapists, psychologists, and educational staff to create a cohesive approach to student well-being. The work schedule primarily operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend responsibilities to ensure that all students have access to mental health resources when needed.
In your role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, including those facing socio-economic challenges, trauma, and emotional disturbances. The objective is to provide a safe, nurturing space where students can express themselves, understand their mental health, and develop the skills necessary for personal and academic success.
This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
