Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that gather pertinent information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline achievable goals and targeted interventions to track client progress effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the delivery of coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and devise safety plans as required to address immediate client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal compliance standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
