We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Sun Valley Consultation Services. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing essential support to individuals in a detox center setting. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of psychosocial issues affecting our patients. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff. You will be evaluating and treating patients within a detox center, providing therapeutic services that address both critical mental health needs and substance use challenges. The organization embraces innovation and continuous improvement, using evidence-based treatment modalities to ensure the highest standard of care.
Your primary focus will include adults experiencing a range of mental health disorders along with co-occurring substance use disorders. The patients at our detox center often face significant challenges in their recovery journeys, requiring a supportive and empathetic approach to help facilitate their transition toward optimal functioning.
While we welcome newly graduated LCSWs, candidates should ideally possess six months to one year of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting. Familiarity with the unique demands of patients in a detox environment and their psychosocial needs will be a significant advantage in this role.
