The Social Worker will operate in a remote setting, but will maintain close collaboration with local healthcare and community resources. Regular communication with team members and clients will be facilitated through virtual meetings and electronic health record (EHR) systems. You will enjoy a structured, Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for occasional evening or weekend hours as client needs arise. Flexibility and on-call availability are essential to meet the evolving demands of our clients.
This role is focused primarily on the senior population, providing social work services that address their unique needs and circumstances. Seniors often face an array of challenges such as isolation, health issues, and changes in living situations, making your role crucial in enhancing their quality of life. The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
