Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed interventions.
• Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that cater to each client's unique situation.
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, perform risk assessments, and create safety planning as needed to ensure that clients feel secure and supported.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and supportive group environments that encourage healing and connection among clients.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment sessions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass short- and long-term goals tailored to each client's journey toward recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our detox center, you will work with clients from various backgrounds seeking assistance with mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Your role will directly contribute to their recovery, fostering resilience and promoting positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to facilitate effective client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a detox or substance use recovery setting is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology for remote client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
