Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify their strengths and resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that outline succinct goals and interventions specific to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Offering crisis intervention services and ensuring immediate risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, using our preferred documentation system.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, focusing on empowerment and resilience among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele in this role includes a diverse group of individuals, ranging from children to the elderly, all seeking mental health support. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with clients facing various challenges and provide them with the tools and strategies needed to enhance their mental well-being and cope with life’s stresses.

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a clear understanding of therapeutic techniques and client interaction.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments and methodologies relevant to mental health care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
