Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and treatment needs, ensuring that each evaluation is tailored to individual circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist patients in developing coping strategies and achieving personal goals.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals within the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive and coordinated care plans that address all aspects of a patient’s mental health.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication regimens to empower them in the recovery process.
• Deliver individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities designed to foster resilience and recovery.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in cooperation with the treatment team, incorporating the preferences and goals of each patient.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
