Position Overview

This role is designed for a remote setting, enabling effective support for our clients from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities

• Engage in comprehensive assessments of client needs to formulate effective, individualized care plans.
• Collaborate actively with team members to integrate best practices into treatment strategies, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals.
• Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide guidance and resources to families, empowering them to support their loved ones through mental health challenges.
• Document all clinical encounters in accordance with compliance regulations and organizational policies, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base, which includes individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. An additional focus will be on older adults, providing you the opportunity to apply specialized techniques in geriatric care, helping this demographic enhance their quality of life through therapy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active LCSW license in Nevada.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and crafting individualized care strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
• A team-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health, preferably within a community health setting.
• Experience working with older populations or interdisciplinary teams is highly desired.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
