Work Environment

This full-time position is conducted remotely, allowing professionals the flexibility to manage their work-life balance while connecting with clients in a supportive and efficient manner. You will be working primarily within a school setting, which means you will collaborate with educators, school nurses, and family support staff to provide holistic care that addresses the mental health needs of students in an educational context.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine the strengths and needs of clients, effectively identifying areas for intervention.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapeutic services, utilizing modalities suitable for individuals, families, and groups, to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with healthcare providers and educational staff to integrate services and promote the overall wellness of clients.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, securing necessary resources and support services, while ensuring that their rights are upheld.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development workshops to foster continuous improvement in clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with school-aged children and adolescents; however, you will also provide support to their families. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is essential.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical social work experience is required.
• You should possess advanced proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
