Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, including strategies for coping, skill-building, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and educators to provide comprehensive treatment and support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and assessments while adhering to ethical standards.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve care delivery, directly impacting client outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of emotional and mental health issues. Your expertise will be integral in addressing anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and school-related challenges that affect young people's success. By fostering a safe and trusting environment, you will enable clients to express their feelings and work towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years post-licensure experience in clinical social work, particularly in mental health settings, is essential.
• Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans based on clinical evidence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations, including children and families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
