Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use status of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs based on assessment outcomes.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities to foster healing.
• Monitor and document client progress towards treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure efficacy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to offer a holistic approach to client care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention within high-stress scenarios, providing immediate support and stabilization resources.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of all client interactions, complying with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
• Stay current with developments in mental health treatment, attending workshops and disseminating knowledge within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be supporting individuals and families dealing with substance abuse issues, co-occurring disorders, and various mental health concerns. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, navigating challenges ranging from life transitions to chronic emotional distress. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
